  • Advertising Rights: Only verified sellers are permitted to advertise on the Site.

  • Personal Discord Promotion: Verified sellers may advertise their personal Discord servers.

  • Verification Process: Sellers must become verified by demonstrating their past work and undergoing rigorous automated scans to ensure the safety of their products.

5.2. Restrictions for Other Users

  • Prohibited Advertising: Buyers and non-verified sellers are not allowed to advertise or promote external links, services, or products.

  • Consequences of Violation: Unauthorized advertising may result in content removal and disciplinary actions, including account suspension or termination.

6. File Distribution and Intellectual Property

  • No Unauthorized Sharing: Buyers are prohibited from distributing purchased files to other users without explicit written permission.

  • Explicit Permission: Permission must be granted through our built-in messaging system, which is monitored by administrators.

  • Intellectual Property Protection: Unauthorized distribution violates intellectual property rights and may result in legal action and account termination.

7. Seller Obligations

  • Compliance with Site Rules: Sellers are required to uphold all Site rules and policies without exception.

  • Verification Requirements: Sellers must provide evidence of past work and consent to security scans to become verified.

  • Accountability: Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in loss of verified status and other penalties.

8.1. Buyers

  • Due Diligence: Review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • No Unauthorized Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited and may result in account termination.

8.2. Sellers

  • Accurate Listings: Provide clear, accurate, and complete descriptions of your products or services.

  • Fulfillment Obligations: Ensure timely delivery of purchased items in accordance with the agreed terms.

  • Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to commerce and taxation.

9. Reporting Violations

  • Built-in Report Function: Users are encouraged to use the built-in report function available throughout the Site to report inappropriate content or behavior.

  • What to Report: Violations of Site Guidelines, harassment, spam, illegal activities, or any other concerning behavior.
